We are looking for the newest member of the True Physio team to join our team at our clinics in Crewe and Occupational Health contracts in the local area…. a full time Physio.
The Crewe clinic is going from strength to strength and is becoming the go to clinic in the area with a reputation for giving brilliant care and genuinely making a difference to people’s lives.
With a fully equipped rehab area, and a caseload increasingly made up of self-funders, we think it’s a great place to work. On top of that, there is the opportunity to work in Occupational Health in our local contracts, as well as our satellite clinic in Stoke with training to go with that to expand your knowledge base.

We believe in quality and not just quantity, and so make sure our Therapists have regular breaks in their day so they can recharge and refocus ready to make every appointment a great experience for their patients…it also means more time to chat with the rest of the team which is something that often gets missed in healthcare.

The job is full time (40 hours per week). Salary is dependent upon experience and will range from £27k to £40k. An ability to drive would be hugely beneficial as your working week would be across our Crewe and Stoke sites largely. We will consider any amount (or lack of) experience as long someone is the right person (ie lovely and desperate to be a great Physio).
Regular internal CPD, plus external CPD allowance is given and healthcare cash plan for all staff. A full induction is given when you start and varies from 1 to 2 weeks dependent on experience…we’re very proud of how much we cram into this and get great feedback from staff every time! It really sets you up to be a great private MSK Physio right from the start. The induction is then followed up by our professional coaching programme to help you keep developing.
One of the reasons we are looking to continue to grow is so that we can offer career progression. We are looking for people who want to join us, give exceptional care and want to progress and develop even if they don’t know exactly how yet. We often have opportunities come up. We have Physios who joined us who are now managing clinics. We have a Physio who now manages all the products we offer our patients. Another Physio is qualified in giving injections and will soon be able to prescribe. Basically, if it will help our patients, and works well for you and the business, we can work towards it with you.
